DESTINATIONS
The Autoservizi Salemi buses travel from Sicily to the peninsula and vice versa, following two main routes.
From Marsala we stop in Trapani and Palermo, and at the same time we head towards Agrigento and Catania: the two branches in Sicily meet in Messina. We connect numerous Sicilian locations daily with Lamezia Terme, Rende, Battipaglia, Caserta, Rome, Florence, Bologna, Parma, Piacenza and Milan. The direct service to Puglia is particularly widespread and efficient.

Download and fill out the form in its entirety to request a refund for travel tickets in the case of tickets purchased online or from a SISAL sales point (art. 8 of the regulations for national line travel)
Please send this form, together with copies of the travel tickets: by email (attaching PDF files) to booking@autoservizisalemi.it or by fax to 0923/982465.
Reports concerning disservices, anomalies or irregularities of the service, as well as any suggestions, can be sent by telephone, contacting our call center at 0923.981120, from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00. In writing, by sending an email to: commerciale@autoservizisalemi.it or using the appropriate form which can be sent by fax to 0923 / 982465, by email to: commerciale@autoservizisalemi.it , or delivered to our offices located in via Salemi 97, 91025 Marsala (TP); Fill out the form or contact us, we will take your request into consideration and, if necessary, you will be contacted to resolve the reason for your complaint together.
