The request for the card is submitted online by registering on our website, the passenger will insert in the season ticket section of his/her account, the required documents for the issuance of the card. The documents required for the issuance of the card, to be attached to the duly completed form or via online registration, are as follows:

• Self-certification where the passenger certifies the reasons of the journeys (e.g. work reasons, health, study, etc.)
• No. 1 passport photo
• Copy of the identity card or passport

The company identification card in question is issued free of charge and is valid for 5 years.

It is possible to purchase a season ticket of 8 trips to be used over a two-month period. To proceed with the purchase of the season ticket, the passenger must first request the release of a special company identification card, reserved for university students. The passenger will insert in the season ticket section of his/her account, the required documents for the issuance of the card. • The Season Ticket is strictly personal and cannot be transferred to third parties, it can only be used if accompanied, when boarding the bus, with the company identification card issued by Autoservizi Salemi Srl;
• In case of forgetting the Autoservizi Salemi identification card or the season ticket, the passenger is required to purchase the regular one-way ticket on board;
• The season ticket can only be used on the indicated routes;
• After the issue of the Autoservizi Salemi identification card, the purchase of the season ticket, can be made in all the Resellers authorized by Autoservizi Salemi or online by credit card through the website www.autoservizisalemi.it ; At the same time as the Season ticket is purchased, the passenger will book the journeys of interest by selecting the travel days and times.
• Journey changes (timetable and travel data) and revalidation of the season ticket booking are permitted only if the change is requested within the date and time of the journey originally booked. The booking of the ride can only be moved within the expiry of the season ticket itself;
• he ride change can be made online from the website www.autoservizisalemi.it after registering or via the APP – to view the season ticket from your account, you must associate the number of the season ticket issued by Autoservizi Salemi to the account. • The ride change on season ticket does not include any penalty payment;
• Requests for journey changes received after the date or departure time indicated in the travel document are not permitted and result in the loss of the ticket;
