The refund will be recognized in accordance with the carrier’s transport conditions, published on the website www.autoservizisalemi.it.
Based on the type of Line, the refund will be issued in the following ways:
Coupon
Refund valid for users who purchased in authorized retailers, via our customer service telephone number 0923 981120, or on the company website www.autoservizisalemi.it without registration.
- 18+ hours before departure: credit equal to 100% of the ticket cost by issuing a COUPON (valid for one year from the date of issue) to be reused for a future trip.
- 0 – 18 hours before departure: credit equal to 80% of the ticket cost by issuing a COUPON (valid for one year from the date of issue) to be reused for a future trip.
Wire transfer
Refund valid exclusively for NATIONAL TRAVEL TICKETS – not permitted for travel tickets relating to TPL Sicily lines.
- 48+ hours before departure: refund equal to 70% of the cost of the ticket paid by bank transfer (indicate the name and IBAN code of the account where the credit is made).
- 0 – 48 hours before departure: no refund.
